Joining the Guild

Excuse me? How can I join this guild?

I can't find much information about how to join.. maybe I just skipped the topic? :confused:

The guild is relatively easy to join. We play World of Warcraft on the Alleria server/Horde side. So make a Horde character on Alleria, then whisper one of the guild leaders and they will invite you. If you let us know your character's name, we can keep an eye out for you when we're online. Otherwise, whisper Darpa, Wheeljack, Nuadaa, Nualaa, Soundwav, or anyone else who's online from Robots, and we'll get you in :)

Edit: Are you on Alleria server? When I put your name in, it says Player Not Found. I'll keep trying though. It is spelled exactly like that? Solidstorm.

Funny, I have the same problem when I try to find any of you guys.
It says Player Not Found.

The Alleria Realm was under the German Realms, is that correct???

Alleria's a US realm. It's in the central time zone, if that helps. But I think you've diagnosed the problem.

I suppose its not possible for me to play in US' Alleria then, but we'll see.
I guess it's because I'm registered at wow-europe.

You know I think that kind of sucks that there can't be any cross servers. I mean, ultimately they want to maximize their servers but still it means we can't play with a lot of friends that are around the world.

Darkclaw had the same problem. There's a way to access a U.S. server (I think) other than to buy the U.S. version of the game. Let's see....
This was an email from Tahk, so give him the credit.

Step 1.
Have him find Config.wtf (should be in World of Warcraft\WTF)
Make a backup of that file.
Then find in that file the line:
SET realmList ...

and change it to be:
SET realmList "us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com"

Step 2.
Then find realmlist.wtf (should be in World of Warcraft\Data\)
Make a backup of that file.
Then find and change the same line the same way.

Step 3.
Start WoW.



That will probably get him able to connect to the US servers.

Thinking of joining one when the new games come out. Right now still trying to get my other games up and running to play in the current casino. Since I work during the day and not home until about 4 pm pstcalifornia are there any guild tours usually around that time or after 6:30 pmcalifornia to play in. Still weighing my option here to join a guild or start one yet.

A guild called 'Robots in Disguise' was just created on Ysera and I'm wondering if that's anyone from here. It seems to be a popular name on WoWArmory for a guild >.>
