I remember that one, Docbot! XDDD And look! HERE'S the true origin of Energon-Os!! Dr. Smoov should be paying you royalties, Hatchet. ;p

Actually, it makes sense to me that Cybertronians can remove their armor, too. Of course, that might just be because I find it amusin to think about a Transformer running through his or her transformation sequence without the kibble to make it look like anything besides a contorted heap of metal. XD

I do remember the shower comic! And I agree that removable outer bits would make refitting into new altmodes much easier, especially in pre-nanobot G1. And it gives us a chance to think about smexxy nekkid robots. Besides isn't all real robot pron circuit diagrams anyway?

I figured it would make it easier for you to get at the squishy bits. Hard to fix up a mech if he's got full body armor on.

...Unless you're evil Hatchet and just cut holes in people and add sawblades to make them more interesting. >.>
