I just started reading..... it sounds really interesting. I really liked the beginning, then it went a little slower (Cadey and Regina arguing as if they've been married for years) but now it's interesting again. Id' say 9/10 :)

I miss the "police work" parts. I mean, the everyday job things, chasing criminals, securing a VIP visit, or similar. I read a wonderful book 'Vis Major' where the male and female cops really hate each other at the beginning and in the middle of capturing a dozen criminals, they aim their guns at each other....

I thought about that too when i first started writing it - but the problem is, I'm completely clueless about police protocol and I don't really have a reference that I can turn to to get that information. So I just decided to focus on the relationship aspect of the situation, besides Barricade isn't technically a cop, he was just hiding out as one and got assigned to the task as an ironic punishment.

You should read a few Agatha Cristie books or see crime inverstigation series.... I don't know your TV channels but I'm sure you will find some crime stories easily. I'd love to read Mr Cade at work :D

I might try doing that eventually but right now where this story is going - I don't think it'd work very well - but I might do a one-shot about it - I thought about doing some of those about Regina and Cade in arguments one the more basic and natural things of life...

just use your imaginations.

I just read your new chapter and the suspense of what's going to happen next is killing me! I don't even know who I'm rooting for either, Ragina and Barricade because they are awesome partners or Prowl and Linda because I don't think they'd actually HURT Regi and Barri. (I like Linda by the way.)

Y'know, I get fed up with fanfics pretty quickly (because they usually suck), but this is actually very interesting, fairly well-written, and engaging. Keep up the good work!

I finally read ALL of it! yes, I took all 75 two-columned printed pages of goodness with me on my trip, and read it in ONE SITTING. I just couldn't stop! but why would I want to? so much fun - the dialogue is fantastic. I'll send ya a full-blown review later, 'Cade. :D
