I'm going tonight to try and read through as many comics as I can since I have a little bit of time before I should head to bed to get rid of all those bad page links/bad banners, etc. I probably won't catch them all on this pass, but it's so embarassing flipping through pages and going "Oh... crap."
It's even stranger because I think the problems are mostly in the 'next' buttons, the 'previous' buttons seem all right...

Do you know how hard it was writing today's comic and trying not to use the word "sound waves"? Yes he is using sound waves... how ironic!

For some reason the news section of the site was down for a couple days. I don't know why and I don't know if it was down for the entirey of the last comic, but thanks to Mattgar for emailing me about it. Once I re-uploaded it it worked fine.
I apologize today's comic is in black and white sketch. I had a very... busy weekend which envolved trying to balance somewhat of a social life with two hockey games and work. but I feel that a black and white comic here and there as long as it stays with the story should be ok once in a while. I promise I won't make it a habit. (I'll try not to)
Zatnik had offered to ink the pages if I had gotten them to her in time but of course I didn't! I hope you can still enjoy the comic, we'll try to make it colour for Thursday!

I am also intending to finally get back to the Plane of Souls thread and post. (Sorry I know I've been really slow all holiday season)
Starscream's quote comes from Shakespeare, by the way. I'm meeting Megatron halfway. I offered to buy him food... sometime... if people went nuts about the quote.

Sorry... it's a little later than I would have hoped I'd have this done but sometimes it happens. Unfortunately I don't have much time for a decent news post except I want to thank Zatnik for the inking! It made colouring a lot easier - thank you very much and it looks great!

I always figured that the Autobots would have a contingency plan, especially if they were being invaded in the Ark itself and weren't flying through space at a fantastic speed. In the Dreamwave comics they blew up the Ark to try to stop the Decepticons, I do not think that destroying their home is really a good option (though it did serve the dreamwave storyline to have them move around).
Instead I gave them an EMP device, something I figured they'd have around anyway... it's the ultimate shut down. Also we see now why the current storyline is called 'Last Resort'. ...And all I can hear in my head is that song from a few years ago. Sigh. lol

Happy 2009 everyone! It's been a nice break for me, and it's been good getting back into writing and drawing the comic. The best part is I bought I laptop - so now updates will be much easier (I hope).
I hope everyone enjoys the new storyline. I feel like I'm getting back to my Autobot roots, and will be re-introducing characters to try to bring them back into the foreground to switch it up a little from the past storyline. But don't worry - all of those characters will be coming in as well!
I figure there's been enough build up to the incoming battle and just dove right into it.
