Optimus Prime

Optimus Prime

Optimus Prime commands the Autobots, and can always be entrusted to do the right thing. He will selflessly put himself into danger to save his friends and to fight for what he believes in. He has the utmost respect for his companions, and that respect is given back to him in turn. Even Megatron must respect Prime, for he sees him as an equal.

Jazz

Jazz

When Optimus isn't around, Jazz is put in charge of the Autobots. Smooth talking and often rhyming, Jazz is well liked by all and a popular Autobot, even among the lady bots! He has a great love for Earth, especially Earth's music!

Ratchet

Ratchet

Ratchet is the main medical robot of the Autobots. Often working with Wheeljack, he repairs and maintains the Autobots (usually Ironhide). Ratchet has a quiet and helpful demeanor, but at times can be impatient. Ok, he's often impatient, and this sometimes leads to unusual outburts at inopportune times. He has a natural compassion to help all things.

Cliffjumper

Cliffjumper

Small and often eager to fight Decepticons, Cliff Jumper is often rushing into things, sometimes landing his fellow Autobots in trouble. He'll take on anyone - even robots over twice his size, single handedly. He seems to have a bit of an antagonistic relationship to Mirage, accusing him of treachery when it is seemingly unfounded.

Hound

Hound

Hound is a natural tracker, the only Autobot it seems able to detect Decepticons outside Teletran-1. He also has the ability to produce holographic images, which can seemingly be put to many uses. He loves the Earth, even more than Cybertron, although he may be the only Autobot who thinks that.

Ironhide

Ironhide

Ironhide is the guts of the Autobots. Always ready to jump into a fight to defend his friends, he only grows on you the more you get to know him. Because of his foolhardy ways however, he often finds himself in repair, usually by Ratchet.

Bumblebee

Bumblebee

The smallest of the Autobots, Bumblebee is almost one of the kindest and good natured. He's always ready to help any of the Autobots in need, or any human too for that matter.

Prowl

Prowl

Prowl is often the strategist for the Autobots and often acts as a consultant to them and Optimus Prime. Good natured and kind, Prowl is well-liked by his fellow Autobots although he can be quite rigid in his regulations. He works alongside Jazz as the second in command. He stands out from the Autobots in vehicle mode by turning into a police car.

Bluestreak

Bluestreak

Often making jokes at other people's expenses or at inappropriate times, Bluestreak also has a knack for constant jabbering. Why Ratchet doesn't fuse his mouth shut is anyone's guess. Despite his speed and weapon power, Bluestreak hates fighting.

Sunstreaker

Sunstreaker

Considering himself both the most skilled and handsome Autobot around, Sunstreaker is naturally extremely vain. The only robot he truly listens to perhaps besides Optimus Prime is his twin, Sideswipe. Although both are identical car models, in robot mode neither look anything like the other.

Sideswipe

Sideswipe

Sideswipe is the twin brother of Sunstreaker. It's not that they happen to look alike, but they do turn into identical car models, just one is red and one is yellow. Sideswipe seems to be an efficient robot at digging, which the Autobots seem to use to their advantage. He's almost never around without his brother.

Wheeljack

Wheeljack

The most inventive of the Autobots, Wheeljack is often working beside Ratchet, repairing and creating new gadgets for the Autobots, including creating the Dinobots together.
Sometimes though, well ok... often, his new inventions will backfire or malfunction... or tear through Autobot headquarters, endangering the lives of everyone. But only sometimes....

Mirage

Mirage

Quiet and reserved, Mirage has the unique ability to render himself completely invisible! Mirage considers himself a pacifist and hates fighting. He seems often to be at odds with Cliffjumper who has accused him of treachery. although no one is quite sure why, because he's one of the nicest Autobots around. He also comes from a wealthy lifestyle back on Cybertron, although he is loathe to talk about it.

Windcharger

Windcharger

Windcharger is one of the Autobot minibots. He's small and often elusive. His powers involve magnetics - he has the ability to activate a magnetic forcefield or he can use it as a beam to help the Autobots as a sort of tracter beam on the go.

Smokescreen

Smokescreen

Unlike his Autobot fellows, Smokescreen isn't a fan of fighting fair. He figures if there's a way to gain an advantage than he should certainly take it. Some Autobots think he might even have a gambling problem. Because of these qualities, sometimes it's hard to believe everything he says, but he's still a devoted member of the Autobots. His special ability involves him producing a cloud of thick smoke which can stick to opponents, allowing him to escape.

Devcon

Devcon

Devcon is an Autobot bounty hunter that left Cybertron during the great war. Because he left, he is unknown to the current Autobots on Earth. He currently spends his time hunting down Decepticons that have also left Cybertron and pursues them across the galaxy.

Beachcomber

Beachcomber

Laid-back, kind hearted and a friend to nature, Hound might have some competition about being the only Autobot who prefers Earth to Cybertron. Beachcomber is a geologist by profession, and an expert in identifying mineral substances.

Blaster

Blaster

An expert in communications, Blaster carries a great love for Earth and its culture alongside Jazz. He can generate powerful sound waves that can rival the powers of a certain Decepticon by that name. Blaster is always cheerful and upbeat, but very serious about his duties.

Elita-1

Elita-1

One of the few fembots still remaining on Cybertron, Elita-1 commands a force of female Autobots there where they steal energon from Shockwave to stay functioning. Loyal and brave, she is also the beloved companion of Optimus Prime. She carries a special power that can only be used in extreme emergencies as it drains all of her energy when activated.

Elita-1

Chromia

A fembot that serves under Elita-1's command on Cybertron. Chromia is a level-headed thinker and practical fembot. She also happens to be the lady love of Ironhide.

Elita-1

Moonracer

Another fembot that serves under Elita-1, Moonracer is a little overconfident and tends to rush into things without fully thinking it through. She is known for being one of the best sharp-shooters in the galaxy. (Or as she says "In the Universe")

Elita-1

Firestar

Also serving under Elita-1, Firestar is more quiet and reserved than her other fembots. She serves as an energon transport, which is key for the extraction of energon from Shockwave's stores.

Elita-1

Springer

Springer is an Autobot triplechanger that has both a flying and terrain mode. He also has the distinction of currently dating Arcee, who he lives with. Not found at the Ark like the other robots, he currently operates on his own, working with humans to do his part to help out.

Elita-1

Arcee

Another female Autobot, but not one that is associated with Elita-1, Arcee is a kind and caring robot but also a very cunning warrior. Currently she resides away from the Ark with Springer.

Elita-1

First Aid

Ratchet's rival (although unknown to First Aid himself), this Autobot medic also transforms into an ambulance like the aforementioned. He is also part of a combining team known as the Protectobots, who merge into a larger robot known as Defensor. Quiet and unintrusive, Ratchet's apparent hatred of this robot seems completely unfounded as First Aid only wishes to help.
